Notes from the statistician about score sheets:
- Please make sure all entries are in the correct
spaces and are legible. Pay
particular attention to section colors within a division
(Squirt 2Red vs Squirt 2White, etc)
- Please make sure that you read all directions as to
which copy of the score sheet is distributed to the
correct team/representative. If
your team uses roster labels, confirm that every page
gets one. Roster Labels should include Association Name
and Team Division/section.
- Please fax, email, mail in, or give your score
sheets to your league rep in a timely manner so that we
may keep accurate records through the hockey season.
Games should be submitted to the Statistician within 7
days of play. After 14 days, tardy submissions may
be refused by the WMHL. All games must be
submitted by the day before the March WMHL board
meeting, even if played on that day.
- Make sure that scorers and referees sign the score
sheets at the end of the game. Also, that coaches'
certifications and phone numbers are included on the
form.
- Please report immediately if any player exceeds the
3 penalty rule.
Note that when a penalized player
serves his/her next game period 1 bench time, it must be
recorded on that game's scoresheet as well.
